This hotel was definitely not worth a $150 a night. It needs cleaned and updated. The hot tub was not warm enough and was also dirty. The bottom of the hot tub had loose sand. I have never been in a hot tub like that. This hotel is quit a distance from Berlin. I would not recommend nor will I stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable and room was super clean .. staff very polite. Breakfast was convenient and very nice hot food.. convenient location to many things and attractions ….when in town we will definitely visit here again . Restaurants and gas stations close

The beds are soft! We fell asleep very quickly! The bathroom was awesome too. Lots of hand holds near the handicap tub. I felt very safe. My boss is a horse chiropractor and he's use to staying at Holiday Inn. But here he needed a nap, he could not believe just how comfortable the Comfort Inn bed was!

Love this area and the trip was great. Room was Great. Only thing was the water pressure in the shower was not too good. Breakfast food was nothing special….i wish the hotel would use local baked goods and goodies for breakfast. It would make a huge difference in the experience.

Our stay was great!. Our reservation was made for two queen beds however when we checked in was given an upgrade to a King suite. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast provided in the morning was plentiful and offered many options. The pool and hot tub were busy with many children which is fine so we didn't stay long due to the crowd. We have been to other hotels that have adult swim after 9 pm which makes it nice for those traveling without children. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stay here everytime we go up to this area. Great hotel, clean and friendly people. We had an issue w our snark alarm going off in the night. They offered to move us but it was so late we opted not to. Star did a great job the manager Maria not so much $11 credit was lame for the imposition and left a bad taste in our mouths but that’s on us for not moving rooms I guess. Either way the hotel is usually great

Desk ladies were extremely helpful both inside the hotel and answering questions about the many different attractions in the area around the hotel as well as the Amish businesses in the surrounding countryside.We had new questions and they always had helpful answers.

This was our second trip to Millersville and staying with Comfort Inn. Always neat and clean. Very nice staff. Breakfast was good. If you like Amish area you'll not be disappointed. There's plenty of things to see. Also, don't forget to go to Berlin and Sugar Creek.
