Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Milford

Downhill quality. Dirty room in desperate need of maintenance. Huge gaps under door. Squeaky floors. No housekeeping on a 4 night stay. Massively cut back on breakfast options and quality since my last stays here. Evening reception only one night per week. Hidden charges for parking even though I did not have a car. Shady operation. I will not be staying here again and will opt for the Tru or Staybridge nearby next time. Disappointing experience.

Seen better days. Bed was super uncomfortable and walls paper thin. Had to listen to screaming children in the pool area and a loud tv until 4 am in the morning. I think hotel should be considerate to business travelers and not put them near pool area .

This hotel is appealing. Just horrible! The only clean place is probably the lobby. Will never ever stay here again. Our first suite was not only rundown, but did not look clean. We were given another suite was also not clean. I had to wipe tables down with Clorox wipes we had on hand as well as clean out the bathroom before I could take a shower. It was too late for us to go find another hotel.

As I was checking out I noticed a charge for $3.87 for Parking Recapture Fee, and inquired. I was told that the management company that manages this hotel added the fee. I was caught completely by surprise. This hotel is not in an urban environment. No one coming to this hotel would come by mass transit. It felt like an unadvertised money grab, and should be included in the room rate. I asked about Tru by Hilton on the same road, and it is managed by another group, and no, it does not charge for parking. We will stay there the next time.

Exterior of hotel was elegant. Clerk at check-in lacked social grace and seemed put off by our presence Breakfast was marginal; the hot breakfast was cold. Room service was every 4th day; information the clerk failed to disclose at check-in. Room was listed as King Suite; nice amenities, but room size was cramped for three people.

Wrong room given at Homewood Suites in Milford Cincinnati. I am disabled and use a walker, because of this I reserved a disabled room with a handicapped shower . Instead I was given a regular room. The hotel did not change the room for 2 days as they had no available handicapped rooms available.

Booked a handicap accessible room several weeks ago. Arrived yesterday afternoon to check in. When I was offered a room I asked is it Handicap accessible as the third person staying with us is in a wheelchair. "No this is a standard room". I pointed out that in my reservation, I requested and paid for a HA room. "We don't block rooms for Handicap accessibility. We just guarantee a room." There was a lot more to the conversation but that was the meaningful part. I think an ADA complaint is in order. We'll see. Since we were unable to stay there, we booked a HA room at a neighboring hotel. I'm usually pretty laid back and I didn't raise my voice at the person at Homewood Suites but I certainly wanted to. As a side note, we waited at the counter to check in for at least five minutes, No one was there so my wife said "Try calling the front desk." About the time I found their phone number, the clerk showed up.

Heard at least 3 different couples/families plus our rooms within our first 1/2hr of arrival, were not what was reserved, and they could not offer a solution to any. Check, double check and triple check.

The hotel is fine. Clean and convenient to the freeway and Riverbend Music center where we were going. There isn't nearly enough parking for the number of rooms and there is no parking nearby. If the front desk clerk had not moved his vehicle I don't know what we would have done.
