Hotel kitsch, arredo datato sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Una doccia inaccettabile. Colazione sufficiente ma nulla di eccezionale .Pulizia discreta ma migliorabile. Qualche parcheggio di fronte all'hotel. La posizione è centrale e sul mare

Bella struttura con dettagli carini, pulizia camere ok, posizione ok, ma colazione proprio no del tutto anonima… (poca scelta e senza tracce della Sicilia), ci aspettavamo biscotti alle mandorle, al pistacchio e formaggi tipici, invece brioche vuote da riempiere, succhi annacquati, due salumi e un formaggio a fette. Insomma non al livello di un 3 stelle, figuriamoci 4… PS i dettagli del bagno andrebbero rivisti.

Hotel e personale top, sotto tutti i punti di vista, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, personale gentilissimo e struttura molto bella, ritorneremo sicuramente quando ci ritroveremo in quelle zone, grazie.

Purtroppo la mia recensione è viziata dalla spiacevole esperienza nella quale mi sono stati rubati i contanti (un centinaio di euro) dal portafoglio custodito nella mia camera. L’hotel non è riuscito a risalire all’accaduto, lasciandomi ancora in attesa di un riscontro.

Esperienza da non ripetere. Albergo non rispondente alle stelle assegnate. Struttura poco curata, camere con evidenti lacune come da foto allegate. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa tale da doverci costringere a dormire con i tappi per le orecchie. Potrebbe essere una struttura molto particolare vista l'originalità degli arredi ma bisognerebbe che ci fosse u na maggiore ironia e simpatia da parte del personale mentre a volte c'è una serietà quasi da convento. Per terminare la colazione, assolutamente inammissibile per un 4 stelle. La colazione dolce prevedeva tre tipi di brioches riscaldate, una torta, pane e fette biscottate con marmellate monouso e una similnutella discount a uso comune. La colazione salata, prosciutto, formaggio a fette e salame....stop....questa sarebbe la colazione di un 4 stelle? Il tutto gestito da una sola signora che doveva far tutto, colazioni e gestione sala. Consiglio ai titolari di visitare qualche altro albergo per capire come sono fatte le colazioni degli alberghi 4 stelle. Quindi recensisco con 2 stelle, quelle che dovrebbe avere questo hotel.

Un hôtel très sympa pratique et bien positionner, juste en face de la mer. Personnelle Professionnel et super accueillant. On a adoré le côté économie d'électricité, une fois que on sort de la chambre tout s'arrête. Petit déjeuner sympa de bon produits et les fruits frais un régal. Le personnel est disponible 24 heures sur 24. Qu'à demander de mieux.

Personale molto gentile e professionale che ha tentato di risolvere problemi relativi alla struttura (docce incrostate , scarichi otturati, giardino non curato...) Pulizia superficiale , colazione deludente non all 'altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti nelle camere del piano terra con lfinestre che affacciano o sulla strada principale o sulla traversa dove ci sono i tavoli del ristorante attiguo

Hat den Charme eines alten Grand-Hotels, aber das ist dann schon alles. Macht bei näherer Betrachtung einen mehr als abgewohnten Eindruck. Der Gau war das „Frühstück“. Mit Blick auf den trockenen Zwieback fragten wir, ob wenigstens noch ein Brötchen zu erhalten sei -nix da, die seien leider alle. Am Vortag wurde auf dieselbe Frage der Nachbartisch aufgesucht und man erkundigte sich beim Gast, ob er das Brötchen noch essen möchte. Nach der Verzichtserklärung des Gastes reichte man uns dieses Brötchen!!!! Wir waren sprachlos. Nebenbei: Unmittelbar in Hotelnähe ist ein Laden, der Brot, Brötchen und Baguette verkauft!!! Und jetzt eine ganz verrückte Idee: Da könnte man doch als Hotelbetreiber mal schnell rüberflitzen…?? Aber warum auch, wenn der Gast seine erkämpfte Käsescheibe auch auf den Zwieback legt. Wurst und Eier waren am 2. Frühstückstag nämlich auch alle. Beim Tee konnte man die Sorte gar nicht mehr identifizieren -im Teebeutel wahrscheinlich nur noch Heu. Wir würden gern mal wissen, was der Reiseveranstalter dem Hotel für unser „Frühstück“ bezahlen musste…
