The hotel is a bit difficult to find. Only one person can enter the elevator upstairs. I was shocked when I entered the room. The walls were dirty. The hair dryer and kettle were covered in dust. The sheets and quilt covers were not washed. It’s hard to explain! It was supposed to be the night I arrived on the first day. We agreed to store our luggage the next morning, but there was no one at the front desk the next day. We could only put the card in and leave. When we left, we had to go downstairs and out the door, which was a waste of time.

Buen lugar Mala Atención
La comunicación fue complicada en recepción, a pesar de que nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora, la persona que nos atendió fue poco amable y con un pobre manejo del inglés y nulo español, lo que hizo el proceso más complicado.
Al irnos no había nadie para hacer el check out o qué nos orientará con información básica.
En general el lugar es limpio, con una excelente ubicación, pero la atención es fatal.

Very nice and clean but hard to find.
This is a great little boutique hotel, but a little hard to find. It is basically one floor of a commercial center that was turned into very nice and clean hotel rooms. One negative, they claimed to have laundry, facilities, and service. But they have neither. At best, they give you a phone number to a place about a half a mile away that you can drop your laundry off at.

We appreciated our stay here. Be aware that the entry to the hotel is inside a gallery. Parking is also blocks away. Staff was great!

A bit hard to find the entrance because the signage on the outside of the building is not adequate. Location is wonderful though. Close to Duomo, shopping, transportation and restaurants. The room was fine, no frills, and the a/c worked great.

For 2 nights it was fine. This is not a full service hotel. It is very close and walkable to the Milano Duomo and the train station.
