The room is not big, but has good lighting and is very clean. Especially the room window faces the church, the surrounding neighborhoods are very beautiful, and the small park downstairs is very lively.

Good option, not very cheap, but in a good location to walk (a lot) to the differents places to know in Milan. It's not very comfortable, there is some things that they have to repair in the bedrooms, but, in general, it have modern accesories. The best part is the cofee and water for the clients.

Im Mai 2018 waren für eine Nacht Gast im Hotel 22 Marzo. Wir können dieses Hotel bezüglich der Lage durch aus empfehlen. Jedoch nur, wenn man tatsächlich null Ansprüche an die Optik, die Reinheit und Lautstärke hat. Wir waren verwundert, weshalb so viele positive Bewertungen gefallen sind. Bilder sprechen manchmal mehr als 1000 Worte und deshalb ein paar Bilder im Anhang. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber für mehrere definitiv nicht. Das Hotelpersonal allerdings ist wirklich top! Die zwei Herren am Service haben ihre Arbeit wirklich gut gemacht und können ja nichts dafür, dass das Hotel so aussieht wie es aussieht. Und sieht das Hotel leider nicht wieder.

We can NEVER FORGET a nightmare-like experience with this private hotel - Hotel 22 Marzo in Nov 2023. To make sure we could have a room to stay after a long exhausting trip, we booked 3 nights (November 6/7/8, 2023) by FULL PAYMENT in advance via *******. Due to an unexpected flight delay by Airline, we couldn’t check-in on the first night (Nov6) but the following day early morning around 8AM (Nov7). The hotel was notified of our request through ******* Message System from us around 10:30PM before the midnight. We clearly instructed the hotel to KEEP our booking for all nights because we already paid rooms off in advance. But to our big surprise, the hotel went quite crazy as below: • CANCEL our booking of whole 3 NIGHTS (even pre-paid) and sold out again immediately on day 1 (Nov 6) evening • NO-REFUND for all 3 NIGHTS • NOT ALLOWED for us to stay for the rest 2 nights, even after we arrived on the day 2 @8AM (Nov 7) • NO any negotiation on the room stay and refund to us • Engaged the local policy on-site to “friendly” force us to leave the hotel At first, we couldn’t figure out why the hotel treated us so rudely. Later from the policemen onsite, we learnt that there was a UEFA Champions League match, AC MILAN vs PSG on that day November 7 and all the hotels were extremely HOT. Obviously, the hotel took this ‘perfect’ opportunity to double earn the profit – one from our pre-payment and additional re-sale on that day. If that is the case and hotel’s intention, we would really feel disgusting, and don’t you? The argument with the hotel onsite started from daytime until being forced to leave by evening quite dark. We felt quite miserable and hopeless. Eventually we returned back to airport, sitting for the 2nd overnight in the airport and escaped from this city on the early morning of the following day, with all scheduled activities cancelled. Horrible experience with this Hotel 22 Marzo, which ruined our vacation schedule and increased our travel cost very significantly.
