I stayed at this hotel four years ago and had a good impression.
This time, there were changes.
1. The breakfast receptionist was not in working condition. Before the hotel executives came, 4 or 5 people gathered together in the breakfast room to chat, and the plates were not collected in time.
2. The quality of the food provided by the restaurant is not as good as it was in the past. As a hotel with a price of 10,000 yuan per night, it is not up to standard, which is more obvious than the hotels of the same price in Milan.
3. The equipment and facilities are old and the maintenance has not kept up.
It's a pity. What makes an excellent hotel become like this?

Everything is so beautiful and clean in this hotel. The garden in this property looks gorgeous and make me feel relaxing and peaceful. Love it! Staffs are very nice and friendly. Excellent service! Will come back to this hotel again definitely.

Amazing hotel in Central Milano. The best service in any hotel we have stayed ever in Milan! A superb room, great breakfast, very caring staff and a lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and Sauna apart from ice tap. Every room service request was serviced in 5 minutes!! Will definitely stay here even the next time!

Quando ci si vuole coccolare una passaggio qui è una certezza, sono stata varie volte per l'afternoon tea che è superlativo, oggi abbiamo provato la colazione che non è da meno. La location è elegante, il personale professionale ed accogliente, tutto buonissimo e di alta qualità. Il prezzo più che giusto. Aggiungo che non capita tutti i giorni di bere un cappuccino vicino a star di Hollywood. Ma il vero merito di questo posto è di far sentire tutti gli ospiti, anche se si sorseggia solo un caffè, un pò star!

Colazione a Milano. Hotel fantastico con una hall che ti lascia senza fiato. Accoglienza professionale ma non fredda. Camerieri gentili e sorridenti. Fare colazione in giardino nel centro di Milano è davvero bello. Coccolati. Tutto perfetto.
