Door to rooms access area arent lock as its a share apartment hence common area to room wasnt lock thats a security threat other than that all good just im unfortunate lift is broken when we arrived wasnt fixed till we check out earlier.

The service attitude is terrible. I checked out 5 minutes late and was yelled out of the hotel. I have been abroad for many years and have never been in such an uncivilized hotel.

La struttura ha una posizione per raggiungere metro e ferrovie facilmente, non dista molto dal centro. Inoltre la stanza è ben organizzata e pulita, anche la colazione è internazionale, quindi molto ricca e variata. Sia alla reception che nella struttura il personale è cordiale e gentile

L'ingresso e curato e ben messo che unito alla cordialità dei ragazzi alla reception mette già in positivo... ma poi entri in camera. Vecchia, rovinata, con letto da una piazza e mezzo (che non si può definire matrimoniale), materasso di infima lega, bagno senza bidet, doccia da sostituire, eccetera eccetera. Ma veniamo al peggio! Pensavo che sentire il vicino che tromba fosse solo immagine da film e invece no, qui per la prima volta l'ho sentito assieme a sciacquoni, rumore dell'aspiratore del bagno (sempre del vicino), e tanto altro. Infine la colazione che ho rifiutato perché 10 euro per 2 ciambelle e 4 cose confezionate proprio no! 20 euro sono l'equivalente di 1 cappuccino e 7 brioches... Mi dispiace ma irripetibile.
