Do not stay here, they will scam you! Terrible experience. The elevator didn’t work on the 4th and 5th floors, so we had to carry our luggage down from the 6th floor ourselves. The room was filthy: hair on the floor, stains on the bed and towels, and dirty walls everywhere. The kitchen was in terrible condition, with everything chipped and disgusting to touch. The area is dangerous, and it’s scary to walk around at night. When I asked to be moved to another room, they said none were available and didn’t even offer to clean the one we had. The administrator disappeared, leaving a sign that the reception would only open at 12 the next day. They didn’t answer calls either. When I said I didn’t want to spend a second night in this nightmare with my small children and asked for a refund for the parking and the second night, they refused. I do not recommend this place at all!

The guy at the reception was kind and nice. The apartment was suitable for 4 people, the beds were comfortable, but the walls needed painting. The bathroom was a little dated, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. Shower without hand shower, the apartment was quite clean, there is no sponge. There are few services in the area. 😑

The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe.
Apartment very basic.
I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone.

We arrived late. Very easy to access by following the directions from the reception who contacted us via WhatsApp. Having gone down with the car to the underground car park, a state of total neglect is evident. Oh well and a car park... we take the lift up to the 5th floor where they have reserved an apartment for us. At the entrance we noticed that the sofa bed had not been opened (in reality it was prepared but left closed). After opening it we go to sleep. The night was quite tormented by nocturnal noises in the street. In the morning we realize that the apartment is not very well kept... dirty walls, bathroom without Schuko sockets, sink tap that splashes everywhere, hairdryer with short cable that does not allow it to be used properly, absence of hangers, shelves, supports both in the bathroom and in the room. Let's say I wouldn't have given it even 2 if the price hadn't been so competitive. Value for money in favor of the price.

The photos are deceiving, the quality of the apartments has nothing to do with the photos, it's a real catfish. From bathrooms with damp walls and mold, broken doors, dirty walls, sofas with cigarette marks and tears. I found all this in the apartment where I stayed. Not to mention that it is located in a bad area of the city. I don't recommend it at all!

We stayed in 2 apartments for a family holiday. The apartments were spacious, clean and modern Furnished. It has everything needed for a week. Air conditioning was not very good. Also communication was not very responsive. But we found out later their office closes Sunday and Monday. I d love to come back.
