"The room we booked was not marked as -1st floor. It was obviously a basement with a window. The front desk had a bad attitude and said there were no other rooms. We arrived in the middle of the night and almost early in the morning. We had no choice but to stay. The smell of sewerage was very strong. Seriously, how clean can a basement be? The external environment of the hotel is quite good"

"Been at least five years since we stayed here on site. Reception staff very welcoming and highly professional. Room was perfect (included a solarium) and cleaning was spotless every day. Massive improvement at the 19th hole, service quick and food was excellent! As for the golf, as we grow older and our distance from the tee gets shorter there were a couple of holes that were incredibly difficult (14th America & 4th Europa) The greens on America and Europa were like lightning with Asia being slightly more manageable. A round was taking between four and a half hours to five, but we were not in any rush so that was not a problem Summary, not cheap, but quality top drawer. Everyone in our group was delighted with the stay. We will return!"

"We arrived at ona campanario apartments on the 5 th of September Left on thr 7th of September. We stayed in room 077 bottom floor My husband body had bites all over my daughter also the place needs fumigated.the next morning 7th September we came out of the room to find a dead Rat sick at the thought we made contact with jet 2 to see what they could do but nothing for 48hrs. We could not stay here so I booked another hotel at are expense because we have been told that the hotel would not gave us a refund. I have some photos of my husbands bites my daughter will post photos of the rat as I could not look at it terrified."

"This is a fabulous hotel in the heart of La Cala ideally located for bars, restaurants and the beach. We were very kindly given an upgrade to an apartment with a huge balcony that got sunshine all day. The room was spotless with comfy beds, great aircon and a lovely shower. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the small cafe attached to the hotel. We will definitely return."
