A modest but really charming hotel. I was there for a few days with my kids and I must admit the time there was great. Children had a lot of fun feeding and playing with animals like goats, rabbits, lamas, a pony, a donkey … Food was fresh and tasty. The swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas was awesome. I really recommend this hotel to families with children- lots of activities for them, good food and a safe place to run around. What I miss there is a club for adults to spend time in the evening/ at night. Also the hotel lacks the gym. Despite these flaws, the hotel is great.

Great hotel. Located in a secluded place, near the slope (up to 20 minutes away). Excellent service - there were no problems with anything. The staff were very nice. Classes for children during the winter break were great - my daughter especially liked painting mandalas and cups (also thanks to the teacher). Very well organized wellness zone. I recommend !

Świetne SPA! Profesjonalne zabiegi w bardzo dostępnych cenach. Sam hotel w otulinie zieleni, polecam zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi- mini zoo, salę zabaw. Obsługa sympatyczna, stara się pomóc w rozwiązaniu każdego problemu :)

Było cudnie. Wspaniała , dyskretna obsługa. Doskonale SPA, polecamy masaż relaksacyjne oraz kobido. Jedzonko urozmaicone i przepyszne. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Pobyt wart swojej ceny. Wrócimy na pewno

Very nice place, very relaxing time. Definitely worth to come back. Personal always on the place, food very delicious. Additional attraction for children and adults. Spa with pool and jacuzzi. Drink bar with personal which know why to treat You ;)

Wspaniały relaks, przemiła obsługa, pyszne jedzenie. Ciekawe zajęcia dla dzieci, kapitalne masaże oraz ciekawe wieczorki. Po prostu relax na całego. Gorąco polecam! Jeżeli ktoś chce odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju to jest właśnie to miejsce.

Nie mogliśmy sobie wymarzyć lepszej imprezy niż nasze wesele zorganizowane w Hotelu Mercure w Dosłońcu. Mogliśmy liczyć na pełen profesjonalizm zarówno w kwestii organizacji jak i podczas wesela. Pani Grażyna pomogła nam na każdym etapie przygotowań do wesela. Bardzo sympatyczna i kompetentna osoba. W trakcie przygotowań ustaliliśmy całe menu, mieliśmy degustację wszystkich dań, ustaliliśmy dekorację , dostaliśmy polecenia różnych dodatkowych usługodawców, wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik. W trakcie wesela wszyscy goście byli bardzo zadowoleni z obsługi - nikt na nic nie czekał, wszystkie posiłki były wydane o ustalonym czasie, a dodatkowo obsługa robiła wszystko z uśmiechem i zaangażowaniem. Po weselu całe jedzenie dostaliśmy spakowane w pudełka tak, że spokojnie można było robić poprawiny. Wszystko dograne i dopracowane. POLECAM!!!

Plusy: 1. Wielkość pokoi, basen, jacuzzi, położenie na uboczu 2. Bardzo dużo atrakcji dla małych dzieci, wydają się one być najważniejszymi osobami w hotelu, np. pokój zabaw, mini zoo ze zorganizowanym karmieniem zwierząt itp 3. Duży parking i cały teren Minusy: 1. Trochę za mało obsługi, przykladowo śniadanie w długi weekend było totalnym chaosem, co chwile brakowało sztućców, talerzy, szklanek, stoły za rzadko byly sprzątane, w wyniku czego mielismy ochote jak najszybciej stamtąd uciec, a wiadomo że śniadanie jest najważniejsze na wyjezdzie;)
