New hotel, very close to I75…..Stayed here for one night while travelling. Hotel was clean, as was the room. AC worked great. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Walmart within walking distance. Short drive to local restaurants. Would return.

While the staff was friendly, the amenities were not up to par. There was no soap in the bathroom and we were just told they were out. It wasn't just our room but also in our other 15+ rooms of our group. We had 3 towels in our room for 4 people and we were told they couldn't give us extras. They didn't keep towels in the pool area either. Our group was also told the conference room was unavailable due to renovations only to find a college team using it on Saturday night. We have stayed at multiple Hampton Inns before and this unfortunately was not up to the Hampton Inn experience.

My wife, our 9 month old puppy any myself booked this hotel for our first night on our travel from Toronto to Punta Gorda Florida. The hotel is located across the road from a Walmart and in walking distance to many restaurants in the area. We received a ‘pet friendly’ room on the second floor. The room was extremely clean and spacious and had all the amenities that we required for a one night stay. Bed was really comfortable and the hotel quiet as a mouse for a Friday night. They had a field beside the hotel which as great for walking the dog. Our boy ‘Finley’ became friends with one of the great staff members Garrett. They became instant pals. Breakfast was really good with a hot selection along with your other standard continental breakfast fare. I would have given the hotel a five-star rating however I found the $50 they charge for a small doggies night stay was excessive. All in all we’d definitely stay a night again in the future.

Hotel booking agent was a big problem. Probably a good indication the staff at this hotel is not helpful. Reservation was sent to me incorrectly and hotel staff refused to correct the reservation I would not recommend to any of my friends based on lack of hospitality

Staff very friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Great choice for a stay on our trip. Having read some previous reviews I was concerned but saw none of what they posted. It was a nice hotel. We encountered several employees and they all were friendly and helpful.

The front desk was rude at check in. When I asked for my water I was told that is for Diamond level. I said I am and she said oh. Then as I walked away she said something very quiet to the other person behind the desk. It was not a compliment. Then the towels where torn and thin. This is not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. Very disappointed.

Everything was good. Would stay again. It's too bad parents don't know how to control their kids. Let them scream and run down the hallway. Not the hotel fault, had it continued longer would have reported it. Will stay again.

In town for a wedding. Verry clean! Nice employees. Would recommend it. It is close to Dayton. Shopping restaurant etc. not much of a view from our window. It was quiet no noise to keep you awake. Easy checkin and checkout. We liked the digital phone key that was cool!

This hotel was so nice and clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer! They were very accommodating and ensured the hotel and it's grounds were clean and cared for. You could tell they took pride in their work and their property! They also provide an awesome breakfast every morning!
