The overall service is OK, the breakfast is monotonous, and the room was not cleaned during the 4-day stay.

Well located & clean. Really friendly staff. Ample parking (chargeable at £8p.n). Mini fridge in Premier Plus room allows for chilling your own fizz! Easy to use coffee machine & pods. Nice touch with the complimentary chocolates. Bedding/towels/bathroom extremely clean. Room very quiet so easy to sleep. Outside appearance looked a bit ropey with the metal barriers and skip, but can’t be helped if minor work going on and presumed only a temporary thing.

Hotel lovely and clean. Food very nice, had evening meal and breakfast. Kayleigh was very good, very professional in her work, always clearing as she walks through the restaurant and checking that everything is OK, very knowledgeable of the area and always happy to help. Didn't catch the lady with green hair name, but again very good, was rushed off her feet in the evening but again very on the ball. Both a credit to Premier Inn!

I regularly stay at this hotel and have never been disappointed, very comfortable and friendly staff. The room and bathroom is always kept immaculate. Kayleigh, Vicky, and Macca are always very helpful with checking in and are happy to help. Great choice of evening meals, always been spot on, fast service. Beakfast is great value for money, Jillian is very helpful and keeps on top of everything! The hotel is in a great location, short walk to train station, football stadium, and town centre. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Middlesbrough or on a business trip.

The beds are incredibly comfortable and supportive. The bath is lovely to have after a long day, the only bad thing is as a plus size person the bath is a little bit small for me! The breakfast package is definitely worth the money, they have welcoming staff and a lot to choose from including vegetarian options. We were served this morning by Julian, and she was on top of keeping everything perfect for us

We stay at this hotel several times a year and always have a great experience. Vicki on reception is lovely and really helpful. Jillian at breakfast is great and remembers us and gets my daughters a booth for breakfast because they love it. The room was immaculate, we couldn’t seem to control the air con, but apart from that no problems - the extra Halloween touches were really appreciated. Thank you!
