From arrival to departure the staff, food was perfect. Ohh the spa super. I will defiantly recommend to family and I see they got Christmas special for companies I will also suggest this place to my company thank you

The establishment is decent; however, their customer service is terrible. First occasion, I was travelling for business and made a reservation well in advance, but my booking was cancelled without informing me. Second occasion, again my booking was cancelled last minute. There is no point in even making a booking, very unprofessional. I was told to write my credit card details on a piece of paper (Name, card Number, CVV) in order to secure my reservation next time.

LOVE the renovated rooms in Alveston Manor Boutique Hotel. It is so beautifully laid out and tastefully decorated, a real pleasure to stay here. The decor is lovely. Looking forward to staying here again!

I truly enjoyed the stay and the spa treatment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, I can't wait for my next visit. The rooms are cosy and the hotel is beautiful...

"Overall, we had a lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious, making our couples' getaway feel extra special. However, we didn't sleep too well due to other couples being quite loud at night, which affected our rest. Despite that, it was a memorable trip, and we'd consider coming back."

My laundry went missing and till date no account for this. Deeply saddened by the fact that poor service of this was rendered and no follow up unless I emailed or called. Otherwise, on a whole, lovely food and service on site.

We started here for one night when returning from Kruger National Park on the way to Johannesburg airport. The room was very well maintained, the bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom very modern. Quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The food in the restaurant was very good with quite a large range of dishes. The decor was inviting, including white table cloths, a mantle piece and small chandeliers. The staff were friendly but could do with a little more training, but as the food was so good, it's only a minor complaint. The gardens are great to relax in and there are two small swimming pools when it's a bit warmer. The spa/beauty clinic on site looks very good although we did not use this. Very reasonably priced for what you get. We went for dinner, breakfast and lunch included and this was well worth it.
