Hotel is great. Front desk customer service top notch just the housekeeping department needs work on.

The hotel is well located and the room is big (We got room for 4 people) and comfortable (Also had refrigerator and wash machine which is great) But is not a hotel for kids. The hotel is fancy busy and and there is a restaurant with music. The people who attend is young and with sexy clothes (inappropriate for kids) The breakfast starts at i9AM ! (Yes, 9AM) never seen so late. The good think is that there are many good options right across the street My primary complain is the staff. Very few people and nor prepared. The late on the checkout was rude and with a blaze air Not skilled for the job at all I wouldn’t stay here again mainly with kids

I cannot say enough about this hotel and our stay during hurricane Milton. We were evacuated from the West Coast of Florida and frantically rushed to Miami to escape the storm. We presented in the lobby with our pet and Kyrie immediately told us everything was going to be OK and they would take care of us. Even though our room wasn’t ready, they did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and Kyrie escorted us to the ninth floor with our pet until things were prepared. Monica at the front desk is an absolute angel and never once shrugged off any of our requests. Our room was beautiful and so large!! The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, although we mostly stayed glued to the TV to watch updates on the storm. In a time where you do not know what’s going to happen to not only your personal safety but your home, it is so comforting to have people and a place like this to take care of you. They made sure our stay was comfortable, safe and pleasant. We would go back in a heartbeat, but for a different reason next time! Thank you, thank you thank you! We appreciate your hospitality so very much at such a difficult time, Monica and Kyrie, you’re the best!!

Clearly not the place to go. They claimed to be a 5 stars. they are barely a 3. Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast restaurant is not open before 9 am !!! and does not offer all choices even though it was part of your package. Staff is not nice. Only one person at the reception which makes you waiting a long time each time you need their help. One of the worst hotel I have ever been. Do not deserve to be party of the accor group where I spent more than 100 nights a year.

This was a very smart impressive building in an excellent position and when we arrived we thought this is great. The entrance was very smart with very good decoration and items and the staff were very helpful and everything seemed to be going very well. The room was more like a suite with more equipment than we had ever had in a 5 star hotel, with not only a coffee machine but a microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Then we enquired about breakfast and to our surprise found it didn’t start until 9:00 am and it was in the open air rooftop bar by the pool and that there was not a proper restaurant., see photos. There was only a few tables and metal chairs and when we asked for the menu, there wasn’t one and the very helpful and friendly barman just gave no choice, just a full breakfast and thot was it. It was rather windy but if the weather was much worse it wouldn’t be possible to use the outdoor bar. No buffet, cereals, fruit and not even any milk for the coffee unless you went vegan, and the breakfast was very small and probably the worst we’ve had in a 5 star hotel. Basically it wasn’t a hotel but a lot of self catering apartments with some lived in apartments as part of the complex next door. We travel in 5 star hotels and have an expectation of what to receive but this wasn’t what we expected and what should have happened is that their website ought to have made it clear what it was and mentioned thst there was no restaurant and very limited breakfast hours. As a self catering apartment it was very good but not if you wanted 5 star hotel treatment. As I said very disappointing and the website should make it clear that there is no restaurant or proper breakfast facilities.

As always a wonderful stay with SLS. I frequent the Beverly Hills location and this was my first time at the Brickell Lux and it far superceded my expectations. The rooms were great, the location is great and the service I received specifically from Víctor A at the front desk was exceptional! My now favorite hotel in the Miami area!
