I already mentioned we are paying service charge by my own credit card and the front desk confirmed It can be paid by a separate credit card.
Now after paid the service charge the hotel charged again the service fee, from the deposit credit card, it is double charged and I knew it could have happened from previous comment I mentioned to the front desk it needs to be seriously taking cared, but still failed.
It caused us a lot of trouble not to clarify the payment again again again and again. What a nightmare.
Why is the hotel cannot figure out the services already paid and do not double charge again.
The hotel is good, but the experience is terrible because they are not doing their things right and make the customers running around, we spent too much time to solve their mistake.
