Very clean and comfy beds and I liked that the aircon worked. Room was quite small, really couldn't have fit a third real size person as well, lucky that one pulled out, having said that I wasn't expecting too much for the price, good value.

I love the villa style accommodation, it suits our family’s needs. To have the kitchen facilities it helps if you just want to eat in for dinner and make breakfast daily. The kids loved the pool and the playground.

It was horrible the lady rip me and my mum off the room was not good don’t go to this place I hate it what ever you do don’t stay there they well rip you off don’t help us the bed was not good the bbq was not working at all it’s dirty and not clean it’s so gross it should be shut down go good I was spot stay tonight with my mum but they rip me off

Disgusting!!! Our room was absolutely filthy. The floors left all our feet and socks black! Mould all over the aircon, crumbs between the lounge, grubby marks all over the walls, cockroaches crawling in the kitchen every morning we got up, filthy plates, cups and cutlery. We went and purchased paper plates and cutlery to use instead of touching anything that was in the cabin. We had friends staying in the park as well and were only there for 4 nights so we decided to just put on a brave face for the kids who were having a blast with their friends. I have emailed photos of the mould and our socks after the first few hours of being there but haven’t had a response. Extremely disappointing stay!

Such a welcome to our cabin! aircon on which was so appreciated as it was hot and steamy on arrival. Ceiling fan on in main bedroom also. Bed extremely comfy, choice of pillows were tops. Surprise upgrade, totally unexpected as we had not requested it. Thanks to the staff for making our time away all that we could have wanted. So close to shops, restaurants, beach & public transport. Swimming pool well used too.

We had a great time here with 2 adults and 4 kids. The unit had everything we needed for our week away and the kids absolutely loved the pool, the water slide and the games room. We were able to cook dinners and prepare lunches for our days out at the theme parks and saved ourselves a lot of money rather than buying food at the parks

Thank you for another perfect holiday! We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe villa (number 43). The villa was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room, and the verandah got the most use whether we were using the bbq or just chilling back with a drink. Our sons highlight was definitely the pool and waterside. We spent nearly a full day lazing on the shaded pool loungers while he went down the slide again and again. All the staff were so friendly, but a special mention to Yyvone at the kiosk. So friendly and willing to help (she even got the slide turned on early so the young fella could have a slide before we left). We'll definitely be back next year, hopefully for longer.

Incredibly family friendly accommodation. A minor issue was dealt with promptly. Our villa was clean but only cleaned once the whole two weeks we stayed - with no sheet change. The pool was a little too cold so we only got to use that once but the playground and bbq facilities made up for that with endless fun until the sun went down. We have stayed at Nobby Beach holiday village two times now and will most likely be back next year!
