Good hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is a little bit out of town but very close to the beach and has nice views from the rooms.

Très déçu il n a rien d un 5 étoile, service médiocre sur a l Irish Bar ( les serveurs sont dépassé en servant 6 tables!!), le restaurant italiens à fuir! Le personnel n est pas aimable! Pour le reste les chambres reste convenables, le petit déjeuner sans plus le café horrible, les viennoiseries sont correctes, déçu de pas avoir de spécialités local! À notre arrivée personne pour nous accueillir, même nos bagages nous les avons pris nous même ! Au Check in ils ont décrété que nous devions payer un supplément par personne par rapport à la réservation booking ( 2 chambres pour 2 personnes chacunes)! Pas du tout commerciale trop cher pour ce que c est! Très mécontente ainsi que ma famille! En plus je suis d origine tunisienne donc je n ose pas imaginer avec les touristes ( même si j ai assisté à certaines réflexion), pour cet hôtel les prix sont très gonflés !

Depuis des années,nous passions devant cet établissement qui est,pour la région,d'un budget élevé.Ce qui nous a attiré est le spa qui pratique une véritable thalassothérapie.Donc,l’hôtel est un 5 étoiles Tunisien ne pas l'oublier.Mais c'est vrai que c'est luxueux.De grands volumes,du marbre partout,un parc entretenu,plusieurs piscines(certaines d'eau salée ne sont accessibles que moyennant finance ou étant client du spa.Nous avons choisi une chambre supérieure(elle est en étage)avec vue latérale mer,ce qui est exact.Elle est très grands(plus de 40 mètres carrés)avec un salon,un très grand écran télé avec un très grand choix de chaines françaises(réception de très bonne qualité),cafetière,coffre gratuit,salle de bains avec une grande baignoire,douche à l'italienne,produits d'accueil,wc séparé.Et le plus,,très calme,lit grande taille et literie de très bonne qualité.En ce qui concerne la restauration,la nourriture est bonne ,variée mais n'offre pas plus de variétés que d'autres établissements ou nous avons nos habitudes et pourtant 4 étoiles.En all inclusives,le choix de boisson est suffisant même s'il est limité,ce qui est généralement le cas.La plage est petite et nous ne retiendrions pas cet établissement compte tenu de ce fait(nous le savions déjà en venant donc pas une surprise). Notre motivation était une cure de thalassothérapie et la,nous n'avons pas été déçus.Très belle installation propre,personnel d'une grande amabilité,bref,pour nous,compte tenu du prix le top.D'ailleurs nous reviendrons pour faire une nouvelle cure.

On the surface, it is a lovely, grand hotel. Rooms are large with balconies and include coffee maker and kettle, safe, iron, and board, plus a mini fridge. Bathrooms lovely with nice tub and separate shower. Huge outdoor pool area as well as sn indoor pool. We did not have good weather, so the indoor pool was a kid friendly zone and extremely busy and loud. Several issues, however: sink drains don't drain, no way to lock balcony door, security lock on door refused to disengage ( we were locked in our room for awhile), breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast is served until 10:30. I went down at 9:45. Everything was picked over or seriously "messed up," no milk in coffee machines, so the cappuccino was water and coffee. I waited for a fresh omelet, which tasted like rubber. Not the hotels fault, but impossible to avoid smoking. We were originally assigned room 4201. When we entered the room, it reeked of smoke. Strangely, the balcony door was open, and we thought the cleaning staff had left it open to air the room. We then discovered a large outdoor smoking area, just below our room. The young lady who originally assigned our room was very accommodating, and we were able to move to another toom. Can't avoid the smoke in the lobby at the bar or even in the restaurant. We ate inside at the Italian restaurant, which was good. However, service was slow as the staff was serving the smoking tables outside. BTW reservation required at the restaurants. There is a desk near reception that makes the arrangements.

War mit meinem Sohn 18 Jahre für fünf Tage dort. Von aussen ist das Hotel mega aber innen leider veraltet und nicht sauber! Wir kamen um 10:00 beim Hotel an und es hiess um 11:00 können wir das Zimmer beziehen, schliesslich wurde es 14:30 . Nach einer Woche Ferien wurden wir um 16:30 vom Hotel abgeholt und hatten um 12:00 das Check out . Dort mussten wir unser all incl. Bändel abgeben konnten keine Getränke mehr konsumieren bis 16:30 ausser am Mittag mit dem Bon den wir für das Mittagessen bekamen. Bin sehr enttäuscht habe so etwas noch nie erlebt ! Das Essen wahr mehrheitlich kalt und die Teller nicht sauber. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut auf diesen Urlaub , würde ich aber leider nicht weiter empfehlen!!!!

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag am 08.10. im Hotel gefeiert. Leider war die Disco im Oktober nicht mehr geöffnet aber man hat mich im Restaurant FLAMINGO mit einem Geburtstagskuchen überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter vom Servicepersonal im Restaurant, der Rezeption, die Mitarbeiter am Pool bis hin zu den Managern sind extrem freundlich und lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Der Spabereich ist ein Erlebnis, das man nicht verpassen sollte. Der saubere feine Sandstrand ist direkt am Hotel - quasi direkt vor den Zimmern. Es ist ruhig und sehr sauber in der Anlage. Wenig Familien mit Kindern waren da. Es empfiehlt sich all inclusive zu buchen - man hat wirklich einen Mehrwert wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Anlage ist. Das Essen ist sehr lecker & abwechslungsreich. Man kann gar nicht so viel essen wie man möchte. Man hat auch Zeit sich mit den Mitarbeitern zu unterhalten und man merkt sofort, dass das Arbeitsklima hier stimmt. Die Mitarbeiter lächeln und die Arbeit scheint den meisten von ihnen Freude zu machen. Besonders aufgefallen ist mir, dass der Poolbereich sehr sauber ist und sehr gut betreut wird. Es ist immer jemand da, der auch mal frägt ob er helfen kann. Man muss die Liegen nicht selbst hin- und her schieben und ein Handtuch wird mit einem Lächeln gegeben. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen - mein Urlaub war wunderschön.

Séjour topissime La chambre, la piscine, l'ambiance calme, les repas été top. Le seul point vraiment négatif et j'alerte sur ce point, c'est la pseudo promenade a houmt souk gratuite de kamel avec navette gratuite ( soi-disant) , il rabat des vacanciers dans des magasins qui sont tout sauf honnêtes.
