Hotel très agréable, bon buffet au restaurant ainsi que deux autres restaurants dans l’hotel, très bons soins à la thalasso, personnel très sympathique, souriant et respectueux. Au bar merci à Salem et Wassim et Amine ! Equipe d’animation au top jeune et dynamique, mention spéciale pour Houcem, Faouzi, Yossef et Lolo et DJ Aymen et le chef Saber 👌🏻🌴

5 étoiles Boff !! 3.5 Oui Hôtel : Points négatifs : Buffet très répétitif et gras comme partout ailleurs et prévoir imodium et smecta (quelle différence envers l’année dernière à la même époque !!) Changement de directeur (cause à effet !! certainement) Climatisation en mode économique dans l’hôtel comme surement dans beaucoup d’hôtel sur l’ile (enclenchement a 24° !!) pour toujours un souci économique. Animations : à la base ce n’est pas un hôtel pour une grande animation, mais les animateurs, lors de leur bonjour (quand il y en a) doit être franc et un peu souriant. Points positifs : Personnel très agréable que ce soit au bar, Sami, Salem ou Lamine ou au restaurant avec Ali Yousef et Ethem. Thalasso : Merci aux très bons coachs Mounir et Safwen qui ont pris soins de ma femme et qui a été enchantée. La piscine chauffée et salée qui donne aussi à l’extérieur est payante avec ou sans les soins. Aucune délimitation ou indication interdisant l’accès en arrivant de l’extérieur donc des personnes en prennent possession sans payer et prennent direct le bain sans douche etc …. !!! En plus pas de contrôle inadmissible

Très bel hôtel avec de belles chambres. Personnel pour le ménage très compétents. Dommage pour le buffet qui n’est pas très varié et les tables pour familles nombreuses sont très rares. Personnel du restaurant pas aimable. Faouzi l’animateur est super ! Très sympathique et accueillant qui nous proposait des activités (fléchettes, dans dans l’eau…)

This is my 4 Times the rooms was really good and clean the food too was really good and big respect for the Animation Team and all the personelle was soo good and for sure i will come Back as soon possible and we dont Forgot the Team of the Spa they Are good also

Magnifique endroit, les chambres sont très propres et confortables, le personnel est très sympathiques L’équipe d’animation est au top, surtout Katy. La thalasso est grandiose, très jolie, propre et accueillante. La nourriture est très bonne, les cocktails aussi!

Un si beau séjour un hôtel bien situé face à la mer le personnel aux petits soins l’équipe d’animation top je remercie le chef de la réception Youssef et son équipe Oussama ….la cuisine diversifiée sans compter les bonnes crêpes de 16h à 17h les soins du spa restent qualitatifs la propreté des chambres des couloirs des attentions touchantes durant tout le séjour nous y reviendrons l’annee prochaine en octobre un break à 3h de paris au soleil 🌞 un bien fou pour le moral….sans oublié les maîtres nageurs pour leurs réactivités sans cesse pour surveiller la mer les chameaux et chevaux sont au rendez vous plusieurs activités proposées à l’hotel ….
