NH Collection Mexico City

The hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

This time, after staying at the Sheraton Maria Isabel for three nights, I stayed at the NH Collection Reforma for one night, and I was surprised at the difference. I wanted to check out various hotels, so I decided to change hotels, but I wish I hadn't. I think the price for a night's stay was higher here, but the quality and depth of the content was far superior to the Sheraton. The only good thing was that I left the Sheraton after 10 o'clock and arrived at the NH Collection Reforma, and I was able to leave my luggage there until check-in. The location is also good. I checked in at 3:10, and lined up in one of the two lines, but the group of young people at the front had monopolized two counters, so I had a hard time checking in and had to wait for more than 40 minutes. I couldn't believe it, it was my first experience. They seemed to be the same group, so I thought they should have just processed everything at one counter. Then, the lines I wasn't in moved forward, and the group of people who came after me (the ones who lined up after me) were able to check in first, which was strange and frustrating. They should have given priority to the people who were in line first, like a fork, but they didn't show that consideration. I booked a twin room, but they gave me a one-bedroom, so I went back to the floor and told them that it was different from what I booked, but they were fully booked today and couldn't change it. They only said that they had booked a one-bedroom here. If they were still hesitating, I should contact Trip.com myself to resolve the issue, and the translation app said that this is a common occurrence. It was a really cold hotel. I was tired and couldn't communicate, so I gave up, but it was really frustrating. The room was designed so that the bathroom and toilet were completely visible, and even though we were a married couple, there was no consideration for privacy, which made me even more angry. The breakfast was mainly bread and lacked variety, and the waiters were talking among themselves, and it seemed like they didn't do anything unless I told them to clear the dishes or give me more coffee. I was disappointed.

Very good hotel, the hotel setting is very good, opposite the street is full of food, no worries of being hungry. The hotel is in the downtown area, everything is very convenient! Visitors are very worry-free when traveling.

This facility is sorry for the price. The facilities are old, but the service is still good.
