No hot water at all. The manager was horrible and was alerted 4 different times. I stayed in another Uliv property the week before, no issues. The manager told me he would move me to another room... never messaged me the following day. Honestly, stay somewhere else until they get their property straightened out.

Отель ужасен во всех смыслах. Расположен на перекрестке, так что забудьте о спокойном сне. В 3 утра вы будете подпрыгивать от рева сигнализации полицейских машин. В отеле всем наплевать, кто в него заходит. Люди на ресепшен не поднимают головы от собственного телефона - хоть на танке въезжай. Сам номер уставший, туалеты нужно постоянно держать открытыми, запах из канализации ужасен. В номере, несмотря на описание, нет банально чайника. За три недели проживания никто не поинтересовался, надо ли нам что-то. Более того, на 3-й неделе проживания в гардеробной потек потолок. Это на 8 этаже в 17 этажном здании. С ресепшена нам ответили, что это нормально, течет крыша!!!! поставьте ведро и ждите. Два дня никто не интересовался ситуацией, потом пришел менеджер отеля и не задавая вопроса, удобно ли нам, начал требовать впустить его немедленно с рабочими для починки. Не советуем никому.
