Definitivamente volvería mi experiencia fue única ..es un hotel Pequeño pero extremadamente cómodo limpio y la arquitectura es bellísima…. La habitaciones limpias, estuvimos en una habitación con balcón y pudimos ver llover desde la había ración y fue maravilloso…. Nuestra tarifa incluía el desayuno y estuvo delicioso personalizado y la atención del chef excelente…. El trato del personal fue único… tuvimos un accidente con una de las sábanas y nos la cambiaron de inmediato sin ningún costo…. Al salir del hotel olvide una bolsa en recepción, cuando llegue al aeropuerto llamé al hotel y en recepción estaba la Srita. Arely de inmediato amablemente me ayudó y me envió mis cosas en un Uber que pedí…. Con toda la amabilidad y honestidad recibí mis cosas en el aeropuerto… muy muy agradecida con las atenciones del personal y sobre todo de Arely…. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

The hotel is located in a very good spot in Mexico. Close to the most important neighborhoods and Chapultepec. You can walk from there to many places. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is attentive. Recommended.

El lugar muy cómodo, muy cerca del Paseo de la Reforma, a un par de cuadras de El Ángel de la Independencia, me gusto mucho mi estancia, todo muy limpio, la atención muy buena y servicial, agradezco a la Lic. Fany Ortiz por el excelente trato y servicio, fue muy linda en toda su atención! Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría muchísimo!

Las habitaciones super espaciosas, limpias y la atención excelente del personal. Los alimentos ricos, con productos naturales y frescos. La localización es perfecta ya que encuentras muchas zonas próximas al hotel, museos, monumentos, restaurantes, etc.

Muy buena atencion en general y sobretodo en recepción, los cuartos están limpios y las instalaciones muy buen cuidadas, el hotel es céntrico por lo cual te puedes mover a desitintos puntos de la ciudad sin nungun tipo de problema.

Excelente servicio, el lugar es muy tranquilo y queda muy cerca del Ángel. La recepcionista atiende muy bien y el trato es amigable. El desayuno es gratis y la cocinera es amable, la comida está muy rica. El hotel está cerca del transporte público, de restaurantes, tiendas y cuenta con servicios como gym y taxi El personal está disponible las 24 hrs y el lugar es muy bonito y cómodo.

Una excelente opción, precio accesible, desayuno gratis, el servicio insuperable por las recepcionistas, la cocinera y hasta el taxista que me recomendaron. Mi habitación tenia cocina, fue muy util y ahorré. Tenia cerca tiendas, farmacia, restaurantes y el transporte publico.
