STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! It’s a total nightmare. The first room they put me in had black mold all in the curtains. Pictures attached. The curtains also didn’t cover the window properly. The second room they put me in, the toilet didn’t flush. This hotel smells musty and as you can tell, it is not properly maintained. I informed the front desk that I would not be staying and I was told I wouldn’t be charged. I asked for my invoice showing 0 balance, since they had ran my card and I wanted to ensure I wasn’t going to be charged. The front desk clerk and his supervisor both refused to provide that invoice. They asked if I had ever stayed in a hotel before, like these conditions were acceptable. They were both extremely condescending. I was in the Army for almost 10 years, and have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and never have I ever dealt with anything like this before. Trust me when I say, STAY AWAY.

I stayed at this hotel last year, not the same quality this time. The room we had on the second floor was extremely musty. The smell made it very hard to sleep. The entryway floor was filthy. By the looks of the flooring and ceiling, the room seemed to have had water damage. The second floor hallway also smelled musty. This was a disappointing stay since the stay last year was fine.

Hotel is convenient and comfortable. But I really want to commend the Day Manager (name unrecalled). On the morning of our departure, some inconsiderate guests had removed the luggage carts to their rooms (hate it when that happens, does not allow sharing). So no luggage carts available, and nowhere to find them. So, the Manager helped us carry our luggage to the car and load. He was most helpful and courteous. He was apologetic for the absence of the carts, but not his fault.

Clean, nice and friendly. They say that the rooms are non smoking but you can tell as a non smoker that someone had smoked in the room before. They do a good job cleaning the room but many people smoke in the area. Breakfast bar was nice and the employees were most helpful.

We loved out stay here. I have never experienced a more friendly staff from the front desk to the room cleaning personnel. The room was very clean. We were greeted by staff every time we entered and left. The breakfast was nice and well organized.

The property is well maintained and well kept , staff here is very good and courteous and they have a hottub and a inside a pool. The breakfast here is very good with lot of different options , easy access and conveniently located and I enjoyed my time while I was there .

The hotel is clean and modern. The room was spacious and well decorated. They could have taken some space from the room to make the bathroom big enough to turn around in! The bathroom was tiny! However, the layout of the bathroom was my only complaint. The staff was very friendly and always said hello or good morning, from the front desk to the maintenance crew. It was a short drive across the river to Paducah where there were a ton of places to eat. Our large breed dog was also welcomed here. I would stay here again.

We had 2 rooms, both bathrooms were dirty and both smelled like Pee badly. Our keys didn't work half the time, heard several other people at the front desk complaining as well..camw bavk from swimming to find our room without power, luckily, our partys 2nd room did still have power..took them 30min to realize it was a breaker. The lady at the front desk was very nice, also, hot tub was also not heating up. Very disappointed for 179.99 a nite plus tax..we won't be back. We are passive people, but this place is gross.
