Banyolar Kullanılamaz halde. Seramikler ters döşendiği için Duşun içindeki sular tüm banyo ve tuvalet alanına ters gidiyor. Sabah Kahvaltılarında bir menemen bile yok. Çok Basit bir kahvaltı. masalar eskimiş eğilmiş bükülmüş. Ama personeller çok iyi. ellerinden gelen yardımları yapıyorlar.
Bathrooms Unusable. Since the ceramics are laid upside down, the water in the shower goes upside down to the entire bathroom and toilet area. There isn't even a menemen for breakfast. Very Simple breakfast. The tables are old and bent. But the staff is very good. They do whatever they can to help.

A very bad experience with this hotel. It was not clean en and the staff there were polite, so I don’t recommend this hotel. The service was also not very good. The breakfast was horrible and i think the food was spoiled and i got very sick because of that

I stayed in this hotel for more than a week, we were running from an earthquake in Gaziantep. The hotel price was very expensive and the quality was bad and the treatment was terrible. Breakfast was minimal rooms were not clean problems with hot water

Bir "turizmci" ve Acente yöneticisi olarak şunu söylemeliyim ki, Eğer sessiz rahat bir otel istiyorsanız sakın ama SAKIN tercih ETMEYİN..!!!! Otelin alt katında bulunan "Club Bar" sebebi ile sabah 04.00 kadar bir "Arap disco Club" içinde uyumaya çalışırsınız. Gece 02.30 da 2.kattan 6.kata taşındık. Ama maalesef değişmedi ses direkt odanızda. Ki.. otele geldiğimizde özellikle temiz ve sessiz bir oda istemiştik. Lanet bir gece geçirdik... Oda tavanları rutubet lekeli ve küçük. Isıtma soğutma çok ses çıkarıyor... Bir daha mı ??? ASLAAA...!!!! Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye ETMİYORUM..!!!!!

Mersinde turnuva sebebiyle grup olarak kaldık. Otel Müdürü Hakan Beyin her konuda ilgisi bizi kendi evimizde ki gibi hissettirdi. Otel temiz ve odaları ferah . Merkezi yerde sahile yakın . Tek eksiği odadaki bazı eşyaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor.
