The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least.
Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did.
It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out.
Good value for money I’d say

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

I made a reservation for the month of February/22nd of May via ETS tour. When I called the hotel for confirmation on the day of my stay and to avoid any problems, I received a reply from the reservation. Although I warned about the cleanliness of the rooms. When I went to the hotel I had to stay in an unacceptable dirty and old room. (Room no 106).

В-третих, Актаз делает ремонт и приглашает гостей, осознавая что проживание в отеле будет невозможно, так как вы будете дышать строительной пылью и просыпаться в 9:00 под звуки перфоратора и ломание стен.
