Room was clean and the person that made my key was pleasant. I check into the room and it was a bit warm (74) but I figured I’d give it some time to cool off. 2 hours later no change. I call the front desk 6pm (approximately) and was told maintenance had gone home. I asked about switching rooms but was told there wasnt my room type available. I said ok I need a room and then i was told they were full. No apologies just “deal with it” attitude

We arrived at the hotel after midnight. Got to the room and the door was not closed (push it and you were in). My husband checked the room out and no one was there and it appeared to have been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold or something all over the walls, faucet not secured down, no soap, shower gross and shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. My husband went downstairs and there were no other rooms to move to. He asked about bar soap and was told the shipment didn’t arrive so they didn’t have any. He gave us the pump soap out of the lobby bathroom. Lamp in living area was rusty and the outlet cover was missing. Refrigerator had old door signs and was all dusty on top (it’s short so at eye level). Breakfast was good but both waffle makers broke while we were eating. Lobby seemed clean and nice outdoor area but we wouldn’t stay there again.

I have experienced some nasty hotels and this was one of them. The bathroom was need to be updated I was not a happy camper. Did not complain because it was paid for by an employer, but never will I ever.

I will definitely use this location in the future. Professional front office staff. Great healthy breakfast choices. My next trip to this location will be with Home2 Suites. …. I would recommend this location.

My wife & I checked into this hotel on the night of June 30th as a stopping point on our drive to another destination. We checked in using the digital key option just so that we could get our things into the room. Afterwards, I went down to the front desk to request a physical key and get the complimentary snack & water that’s given to Diamond members at check-in. Unfortunately, the man working at the front desk told me to come back later. Well, it was already after midnight and I was exhausted. I never received my usual bottle of water and snack. To make matters worse, he gave me a physical key to my room but never asked to see my ID. This is a serious safety concern. Nevertheless, the room itself came with its own issues. The ceiling needs repairing because the sheet rock is starting to open up. The room was not fully cleaned because we found things left behind by the previous guest in the cabinet. This place has definitely changed since I last stayed there. Customer service and the room condition left much to be desired.

This is the worst hotel my family and I have stayed in. This is our fifth hotel we've stayed in during our cross country trip and it's definitely the worst. First thing, we walk in and some employee(claiming he was housekeeping) was vaping in the bathroom. I just cracked the bathroom door open,and all I could see was a cloud a smoke. Then he stayed in there for a couple minutes, flushing the toilet a few times and walked out with his head down. It was really awkward, but we stayed anyways since no where else would take a family of 6. As we settled in we noticed how dirty the room was, especially the bathroom. Stuff was stuck on the walls & floors, greasy handprints on the doors and cabinets. Dried on snot in the shower. The bedding for the sofa bed had black streaks on our pillowcases & pillows. The pillows were yellow looking, and seemed like they'd never been washed. Carpets were stained, blackout curtains wouldn't close. It's overall a mess, not what you would expect from a $200+ room. We'll never stay at a Hilton again. Holiday Inn was much cleaner. What a rip off this place was. I won't be recommending any Hilton hotels anymore.

I checked into my room and called the front desk to inform them that the bed smelled like urine and was full of hair. They asked me if I wanted to spot by and get new sheets because housekeeping was gone for the night. This is a newer hotel, but you could not tell because it has gone down fast.

The overall stay was good. I had a few issues and didn’t want to address them with the front desk agent. I rather talk to customer service thru Hilton. With this hotel accepting dogs it needs to be cleaned extra.

Upon 1st arriving, the looby looks good, but our room was nasty! Stains in the carpet, stains on Bathroom walls were disgusting! If it had not been so late when we arrived we would not have stayed. Had to call front desk to bring a remote to tv and if you dare take a shower there is no hair dryer provided. Exit doors slaming shut starting at 6 am. No sleeping after that. We are hilton honor members but this hotel does not meet the usual standards of a hilton chain hotel.
