"Very cute design hostel! There is a pool and a cafe, so you can relax. Body soap and conditioner were installed in the shower room. Bicycles are said to be rented at 100MXN a day. However, Merida is very humid and the room smells a little moldy when it rains. I feel that there is no way in this land. When I asked the staff to change the room, they responded well. Basically clean. Overall, I am very satisfied. I'm sorry that I couldn't upload the video."

"Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage ist super - nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.  Leider haben wir für 2 Personen nur ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool waren auch keine vorhanden. Die Dusche hatte wenig Druck, auch die Löcher der Duschbrause waren wohl teilweise verstopft."

"Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water."

"Walking distance to the center - 10 mins, personnel is very nice. There was one dirty towel but other than that it was clean and it met our expectations."

"I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night."

"ESCENTRIKE, the space is large, a bit like a warehouse-style factory, full of industrial style, there is a beautiful garden and a matching coffee bar Pasto Café. Booking online is cheaper than offline. A spacious compartment for more than 90 yuan a night on Ctrip is also a bit like a military camp. You can experience it. The disadvantage is that the Wi-Fi signal is not very good, and the mosquitoes in the public area are fierce."

"The hotel has excellent location in step-by-step access from the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the sights of the city centre. The hotel room I have a two-fold impression: on the one hand a good bed, but on the other hand the condition of everything else is very old, the room has no refrigerator, safe and dining facilities."

"From the start even before my trip the staff were very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit later as my flight arrived after usual check in schedule (which Trip.com was able to assist with the change). Service was really great people and the staff are very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They upgraded my double bed to a king. The room was very clean and had a great view of Paseo Montejo. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable with nice weather and the gym was adequate. The staff member called a taxi for me when I left and waited outside to hail it down. I would definitely come back for the impeccable service and friendly staff! Location itself was a big plus as well!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area."
