This aparthotel is pure genius. Just far enough from Plaza Grande to escape the chaos, but close enough to keep it convenient. The vibe? Immaculate. Gorgeous design, stunning architecture, and those huge trees by the pool—total oasis vibes. No front desk hassle either, just straight to relaxation. Javier, you nailed it. Can’t wait to come back!

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA. Ya desde el principio, antes de llegar, se nos hacía dificl comunicarnos con el "airbnb". No es un hotel porque no cuenta con recepción, no hay nadie entre las 3pm y 7am. Y los domingos no hay nadie para recibir algún paquete. No puedes dejar tu equipaje antes o después. No hay nadie a quien acudir, porque Javier te contesta cada 7 hrs...y si tiene ganas. La atención de Javier Solis es nefasta, egoísta y despreocupada. El ni vive en Mérida por lo cual no le importa que la gente esté bien atendida. Estás por tu cuenta. La zona no es para nada linda. El lugar, sí, pero como ya no lo maneja Leo (que era el bueno), no hay nadie. Para colmo, nos despertaron 740am solo para preguntar si teníamos agua, porque el cuarto de al lado no tenía. TERRIBLE!!! Después de hablar con las señoras de limpieza, que sí fueron amables, comentaban que la gente sí se queja de la poca o nula comunicación de Javier, pero que no dejan malas reseñas porque el lugar es lindo y limpio, pero obvio no es mérito de Javier, para nada.

El hospedaje con más onda al que he ido! El lugar espectacular con chukum por todos lados, unos árboles enormes y hermosos, un verdadero oasis en medio del caótico Centro de Mérida. La cama una maravilla…todo muy muy cómodo y aparte te reciben con unas cervezas! Y a un precio por noche irreal de lo bueno! Toda una joya!! 😍

This is the second time we visit this gem and it just gets better and better! The aesthetic is much much better than before (how’s that even possible?), such an amazing place, you feel like you are in a fairy tale with that amazing jungle environment, more like a Tulum vibe. The bed was delicious, top notch appliances, the lighting at night with such good taste…I really think you guys should have higher rates for sure!! I’m in love with this place!!

Lugar muy bonito, sencillo pero con estilo .. habitaciones espaciosas , tal vez le falte algo de decoración y algunos componentes que puedan mejorar la experiencia del huésped !! Lo malo es que tienen programados los hidroneumáticos para la presión del agua a unos horarios que no nos convencieron , porque si quieres madrugar y bañarte el agua no va a tener presión , si llegas de noche y te quieres bañar el agua no va a tener presión .. lo justifican con el echo de que hace ruido, y que por eso tiene estos horarios .. muy mal no me convencen !! Hay hidros que se activan al abrir el agua se carga la presión y deja de hacer ruido .. actualícense !! Otro detallito entrando nos topamos con una cucaracha.. en la noche siguiente con otra .. da paro cardíaco diría mi mujer !! Favor de fumigar más seguido !!

This is a lovely place to stay. Firstly, Leo was very informative about the whole process of self check in. And he’s extremely polite, friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my questions or help me with minor issues. He also gives out recommendations of restaurants/bars, attractions and daily events of Merida. I got the pool suite, and it’s comfy. Room is big. The kitchen is useful especially with the coffee machine. Fridge was certainly a ++ to have cold drink after a hot day out. One of my requirements here in Merida was to find a room with a fridge due to the hot temperature of this city. Many hotels I have shortlisted don’t have a fridge. But this hotel does. Location is great, in a relatively quiet street away from the main center, but still within walking distance to the main square. It’s also walking distance from Terminal ADO centro historico. Water pressure is good. Hot water is hot (if you need one here). The pool is a bonus to cool down from a hot day. Housekeepers are always smiley and friendly. Overall, two thumbs up.

Una maravilla de lugar! Llevamos ya varias visitas y cada vez me gusta más! La decoración, el concepto, el personal, la vibra que tiene….lo hacen mágico! Las camas son súper comodas, el acceso muy sencillo y las cervezas que te dejan de cortesía caen increíble al llegar!! Precio-calidad inmejorable!!
