Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad. Llegamos en la noche no había toallas. El refrigerador está oxidado y es viejo Todo el inmueble es viejo. El baño está muy resbaloso y no hay tapete. Hay cucarachas. Si quieres ir a Mérida no dejes tu reserva para el último minuto

Ahora mismo he intentado realizar una cotización grupal (12 habitaciones) con esta propiedad, sin embargo la persona encargada del WhatsApp no tenia el conocimiento de este tipo de tarifas y se porto de forma grosera, incluso llego decirme que tomara terapia. Agradezco que esto me pasara solicitando la cotización, porque de acuerdo a esto seguramente el resto de los servicios podrían ser igual o peor que el trato de esta persona. Mi recomendación para el Gerente & Dueños de esta propiedad es capacitar a su personal en cuanto a Estrategias de ventas, Ecommerce y Revenue; también en atención a los clientes. En la actualidad con tanta competencia hotelera hay que mantenerse en constante actualización y diseño de estrategias de ventas para que las propiedades se mantengan con un buen nivel de ocupación y un sano ADR. La categoría del hotel dependerá de la calidad del servicio de sus colaboradores.
