Kapsul Express Mérida

A disappointing experience :( We booked 5 nights and we preferred to lose the money for 4 of them than to continue staying there. The capsules are fine. The mattress and pillows are not too comfortable, but it is acceptable. There is a lot of noise because there is no sound insulation between one capsule and another. Apart from that, the capsules do what they promise. The real problem is the bathrooms. The women's bathroom smells very bad, there is humidity on the walls and the night we arrived the toilets were dirty and the floor was wet and visibly dirty. I preferred not to bathe there. Also, when we booked it said that breakfast was included, but when we arrived they told us that it was 50 pesos extra per person for each day. I tried to cancel 3 days of my reservation through Trip.com but they told me that the accommodation never answered them to resolve the issue. For their part, the accommodation says that Trip.com has never contacted them. I am still waiting for a solution. I am attaching photos of the bathrooms :/
