El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación hermosa, limpia y cómoda. La recepcionista a mi llegada, muy atenta y servicial. En general es un lugar muy bonito para quedarse, céntrico y cómodo. Sin embargo tengo dos temas que me incomodaron, el primero, el Estacionamiento, está en la parte de atrás de la propiedad, sin conexión directa al hotel, debes caminar por fuera para acceder pro la parte frontal a la propiedad, en mi caso iba con mi chiquito y esto me parecía peligroso, además de ir cargada y eso complicaba las cosas. La segunda es que, en mi segundo día de estancia, no me esperaba bajar para salir a pasear y toparme con un evento “privado” en el lobby del hotel, de cual nadie me comunicó nada, además de ser molesto en incómodo pasar entre la gente para salir. Me pareció de muy mal gusto que se utilice un área común del hotel para un evento, sin considerar a los huéspedes. Fuera de eso, lo únicos colaboradores de hotel que puedo realmente destacar por sus atenciones fueron la chica de recepción que me recibió el viernes 17 y otra chica llamada Vero. Fuera de esos detalles, el lugar es muy lindo y acogedor

We had a lovely stay at Delfina. The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained and cozy. The only thing that we found a bit off was that they have a minimum allowance for breakfast. They then proceed to charge for every possible item, including milk for coffee. This felt like being nickled and dimed. My suggestion to the manager was that they either not include breakfast or simply charge more and allow guests to order whatever they want.....like every other hotel. It wasn't a deal-breaker though. We would return to the Delfina in the future.

La casona es muy bonita y esta perfectamente adaptada para descansar, las camas y toda la ropa de cama es de primer nivel, el baño de nuestra habitación tiene muy buena iluminación y es muy amplio además de estar perfectamente limpio. La tención de todo el personal merece mención a parte, definitivamente se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir especial.

Cerramos en Mérida con este hotel. Muy bonito, confortable y nos encanto la atencion del personal. Nos permitieron hacer early check in y descansamos despues de un dia anterior lleno de actividades, agradecemos enormemente este detalle!
