"The hotel service was excellent! The bed was very comfortable! There's a fantastic pool! It's only a 15-minute walk to the old town! The hotel even has charging stations! It's suitable for couples! However, definitely don't book the basic room! It's too small! You can't even open your suitcase! Upgrade to a room type! It's much bigger and more comfortable! The only downside was the smell of sewage coming up from the shower! It doesn't meet 5-star standards! Everything else was fantastic!"

"A small room (as described) in a modern, minimalist style. Cleaning was done daily. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate it. We stayed on the sixth floor. The spa, a terrace with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, is one floor above – very convenient. The staff is excellent. There's a Russian-speaking girl at reception – she was very friendly, gave helpful advice, and helped us with any questions we had. The hotel is close to the embankment, shops, and cafes."
