停車沒有告知每天一錄車牌，出停車廠時因後方有車無法後退停車且先付款了車費，待出停車場後與酒店溝通付款問題，她的態度不端正，也沒有微笑服務，每句都是沒辦法沒辦法,讓我們自己接受，並未進行有效溝通安撫，每句話都在問我們沒有嗎，如第一天有告知每日一錄我們也不會第二天去找前台進行溝通車費問題，我認為既然與車場有合作肯定有相關的解決方案，而不是溝通過程讓我們自己解決，即使不能解決也應該態度有效而不是句句讓客人自己承擔後果，句句沒辦法，我認為該服務態度很不端正，影響了我對該酒店的整體印象，酒店前台代表酒店門面，而不是客人在遇到問題時讓客人自己承擔並未有效溝通。
