Excelente custo benefício!
Excelente localização, bem central, perto de pontos turísticos como a Peatonal , Plaza da Independencia, Plaza San Marrtin, Mercado Central, cercado pelas ruas de comércio, bares, até ao Parque General San Martin fomo a pé!! Usamos táxi (baratíssimo no nosso câmbio) apenas para algum restaurante mais distante!! Funcionários atenciosos , calefação em todos os ambientes! Café da manhã satisfatório com pães, média lunas, frios, frutas, café, leite, cha, achocotatados, sucos, máquina de tostar , só senti falta dos nossos ovos mexidos! Recomendo e voltaria!!!

Desayuno blah
La limpieza y las acomodaciones están buenas, pero el gran problema del hotel es el desayuno que es siempre la misma cosa y con pocas opciones: pan y medialunas. A parte el hotel nos queria cobrar un valor de 5 mil pesos referente a servicios. Nosotros recusamos en pagarlo.
Está en una buena localización y recomiendo la habitación de luxo.

Do not recommend
A really bad hotel. It was not clean, the rooms were very noisy, the blinds for the window didn’t work, it was hair in the bath tub, all floors were dirty, the towels very used and we even found old blood stains on the blanket.
No one spoke English
the breakfast was very limited and not fresh.
We left after one night because we couldn’t take another night.

Hotel M excelente ubicación falta por mejorar
Cuando llegamos en el check in nos informan que el estacionamiento que ofrecen es fuera del hotel y se debe pagar, luego nos dicen que nos cambiarán de hotel a “Hotel M” ubicado al frente, que está nuevo y lo están promocionando, fue un buen cambio el hotel estaba impecable, pero muy dependiente del hotel Cordón del plata, los segundos los llevaban de un hotel a otro por lo que se acababa la comida y había que esperar para su reposición, el segundo día había una cucaracha en el baño, pero en el global fue una muy grata experiencia, no había TV por cable.

Hotel ruim. ROUBARAM nosso dinheiro dentro do quarto, enquanto tomávamos o café. Ninguém fez nada para nos ajudar. Vagabundos.CUIDADO.
Quarto com cheiro ruim, sem janela. Toalhas e roupa de cama velhos. Café fraco.

Reclamação
A localização do Hotel é muito boa. O Pessoal da recepção é muito gentil e prestativo. O apartamento que me hospedei estava em mau estado de conservação. A cortina estava danificada, não cobria totalmente a janela. As travas da janela não travavam. A descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem. Vazamento na banheira. Após o banho o piso do banheiro ficava muito molhado. Desde o primeiro dia informei a recepção.
