amazing Inn with welcoming local host near Glastonbury Festival and access to showground - evening meals and breakfast was amazing and Geoff the landlord very kind and helpful - dining area and comfy couches with a classic pub menu definitely return in 2026 for Glasto and easy access

The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs, the evening meal was excellent and well worth the price paid. The breakfast was good with a choice of cereal and or cooked. There was no surrounding noise in the night and the bar itself is a lovely quaint pub.

The pub was lovely, had some nice character to it. Our room was a small double with en suite toilet/shower. It felt a bit tired, needed some modernisation but was clean and fully functional. Tea and coffee provided in the room and a hairdryer. We stayed here to do a ghost hunt at the prison. The accommodation has its own entrance which was good for us getting in at 3am in the morning. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people but I take ear plugs anyway. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was fantastic, Pippa was a great host. Breakfast was also good and set us on our way. Would stay here again when next visiting the area.

This place is a little gem that I will definitely stay at again, full of character, with a warm and friendly host with impeccable customer service. Ideal if you are working or attending an event at Royal Bath & West Showground a mile away. Comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of free parking, free Wi-Fi and as an extra the Inn also does evening meals.

Tired, run down and dirty, this B&B is one to avoid. Old and dirty bathroom, and an underlying smell of a full cesspit. No hot water, dirty towels made for an unpleasant stay. The only redeeming feature is a reasonable breakfast. One to avoid!
