"When we arrived, the room that was allocated to us was not made ... We so asked for another room. Very little light in the room and in the bathroom (one out of two lamps worked On the other hand, the lift did not work (it was already in panded in the previous month). We were on the 3rd floor ... Very bad smell in the bathroom."
