With 227 total guestrooms and suites, all with oversized windows and views of the city or the river, the hotel will be part of the larger development of One Beale. When complete the complex will include a residential component, additional restaurant and bar options ranging from casual to fine dining. The property will include approximately 9,000 sq ft of unique meeting space created through the conversion of the historic William C. Ellis and Sons Ironworks and Machine Shop, originally constructed in 1879. The property will include a Latin Inspired 3 meal restaurant, Cimas, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Mississippi River and famous M Bridge, outdoor patio dining overlooking the river and pool deck and a local vibe through design and music components. Additionally, the property will include a Lobby Bar specializing in curated cocktails. Beck Call will be the 3rd outlet on property and is a high end Whiskey Bar located on the roof of the property with amazing views of Beale Street and an open air concept with one wall having the ability to fully open to the patio.
