Fantastic place and great value. Clean, well laid out bungalows with great facilities on site. Friendly staff, lovely food in Taste poolside bar and fun entertainment at night. 3 pools and loads of sunbeds. Location is close to lighthouse, dunes and many stylish shops. Big Mercadona supermarket within easy walking distance and nice little on site shop with fresh bread daily. Kitchen was simple but had everything we needed, beds comfortable and cleaner was fantastic. Literally no complaints and would go back. Local buses to all over the island were only a short distance away near the lighthouse.

In november 24, 11 dagen geweest bij dit complex. Wij hadden een ruim en mooi appartement en goede bedden en een ruim balkon. Wij zaten aan 1 van de 3 zwembaden op een prima plek. Tijdens onze vakantie is de wifi voor 5 dagen uitgevallen wat ons extra kosten opleverde, na regen hadden we even geen stroom en water.ook was de badkamer een groot waterballet na douchen en na melding niet opgelost. Het personeel is niet echt warm en gezellig maar ook gewoon oké. Ontbijt is goed maar weinig variatie. Locatie is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van de vuurtoren van Maspalomas en het strand van Meloneras. Er werd veel schoon gemaakt en genoeg handdoeken. Mede Door het mooie weer een prima vakantie gehad.

Solo traveller 7 night stay. Accommodating immaculate on arrival, bottle of fizz (left as didn't drink), and coffee pods x4 in room plus 1 litre h2o. Nice touch. Room serviced 2 x in 7 nights. S'ok, I'm tidy but would have liked towels. Fridge didn't work, but s'ok as went 1/2 board. Complex and pools immaculate. Lots of walking to and frow not best if you have motability issues. It's a good 20-minute walk to anything local, including the buses. Beaches were lovely, as is the sea front to the lighthouse and beyond. This is not the best place for anyone who may have ANY joint problems. No hand rail into the pools to help. Breakfast was fair and enough choice to ensure everyone catered for apart from vegans it looked like but I feel the staff would have accomodated. Evening meal ok but quite limited and repetitive selections. Selections not refreshed enough or warm enough and no microwave to heat anything up. Water had to be bought 2.5 euros for 500mls. Onsite shop 1 euro 1000mls! Staff were professional and helpful, small onsite bar reasonable and food was good there. Overall had a good time weather was fab, no hassle or overbearing behaviour but it's definitely a 3 star in my book. Wouldn't go back basically due to the constant having to walk 20 minutes plus for anything.

Weg zum Strand weiter als angegeben (Luftlinie) im Meer baden schwierig, wenn das Wasser durch die Wellen aufgewühlt ist und man die großen Steine nicht sieht (Verletzungsgefahr)
Der Weg zu anderen Restaurants weiter weg, Halbpension Empfehlenswert. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern super

Hotel a 15 minutos andando a la playa, zona tranquila y con aparcamiento. Habitación grande y no le falta de nada, piscinas grandes y cómodas. Entorno verde. Nos ha gustado. El personal amable y agradable.

Nos gustó mucho pero ojo a los que vayan a reservar. Es fácil confundir la reserva, crees que te incluye cocina y solo incluye habitación. Las fotos confunden. Al final nos resolvieron el problema pagando 125€ más. Pero no te devuelven el dinero
