It was a lovely, quiet Lodge, with big rooms looking out on to the Golf Course. While I don't play golf, I enjoyed watching the Springbok and mongoose on the golf course. The breakfast selection was lovely, both got and cold, and staff easy to talk to. It was an easy walk up to the restaurant at the Golf Club House.

I loved the courtesy of the staff and in particular our receptionist Wendy. The hotel is so easy going and is not bogged down with too many rules as we were allowed to braai and have everything available to us to use. There was no stiffness or formality and at times it was hard to believe you were staying on a golf estate. There are tennis and paddle courts, golfing, drive range and its so affordable and accessible. I live 40 min away and its close enough for a nice great away. The bucks greets you all the time and you feel one with nature. will definitely be doing The Lodge again
