Had a fantastic stay. Griffin helped me find a room that suited me perfectly. The room has two beds in it, which I really like, is high up in hotel, and has a walk in shower. Kavita was super helpful, and remembered me from some years ago, when she kindly gave me a soap holder, which I still have in my home office, after I mentioned I liked it. Kavita also kindly gave me a tour of the room after check in. Mannoj kindly reconfigured the fridge in my room, so I could have all my drink bottles upright, which was super kind of him. He also kindly said he would look into having the two power outlet under the table between the two beds converted to a 4 power outlet, before my next visit. The restaurant here is now amazing. Some of the best Indian food I have ever had, and the prices are very good if you are not an Accor Plus member, and excellent if you are one, and get a discount as a couple on meals. I have a picture of two curries I had in my profile. I am really looking forward to my next visit at Christmas time.

Excellent hotel for family stay. Awesome service. Front desk executives are very polite and professional. Hotel staffs are are very kind. Restaurant food is good and the pool is just awesome. I will recommend this hotel for people travelling to Aus.

The apartment is located in BoxHill. The room layout is good and the space is enough. It is suitable for children. You can watch YouTube on TV. The balcony is big enough and the scenery is beautiful. The front desk service is good. You can get anything you need from the front desk. The surrounding area is very convenient. It is very suitable for Chinese families, especially those with the elderly. There are many Chinese food options. There are coles and woolworths in the mall next door, as well as a large chemist. It is very suitable for buying souvenirs. It is also very fast to bring back to the apartment if you buy a lot. The mall can lead to the train station. It is very close. Although it is a little far from the city center, it is acceptable to take the train. It is mainly for the elderly. The surrounding area is convenient. The only thing is that the walkway does have a garbage smell, which deducts a little point, but it disappears when you enter the room. It is ok. I have a good impression of Melbourne.

Can make simple meals, the room is clean and there is a washing machine

I booked 10 nights at Pullman Albert Park, and got upgraded into privilege room. It was a pleasant stay. It shares the same facilities (restaurant, gym, pool etc) with Mercure, but it felt more like you're in Mercure than in Pullman. The hotel is a short tram trip to CBD. The tram stop is within walking distance, so it was convenient. I love that it is facing the Albert Park lake, such a vibe! The building is a bit old, but the room was still comfortable. The service was very good, everyone was really friendly. The only downside was that they looked understaff. I had to carry my own luggage when I left, and not many staff were present especially in the restaurant. But, everyone was very helpful! This hotel offers good value for longer stay. It's a perfect place if you want to explore more local activities such as: visiting the markets, exploring the surrounding (you can go to Royal Botanic, National Gallery of Victoria, Shrine of Remembrance), or going to the beach. Overall I had a great stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Swasti for her help with the check in. She was very friendly and helpful. I want to thank Richard (concierge) for all his help, including booking the excursions and the extra good tips he gave. The advice / tips regarding public transport have also helped me a lot. In addition, he was just nice and friendly. I would like to thank Vivi (and her colleagues in the kitchen) for the excellent breakfast that I enjoyed every day. This was (one of) the best breakfasts I've had in all my years of travelling. Extensive choices and the hot food was actually warm. Unfortunately have I often experienced the breakfast differently (cold/not warm). Finally, I would like to thank Linda for helping me a lot with the situation that my neighbor was smoking in his room! She really took the time to listen to me.

We were given the impression our stay was in the tower behind the old building however that wasn't the case. Nevertheless the room we were allocated was lovely & clean with lots of space. A couple of issues I had #1: No lift, I'm a Chronic Asthmatic & tried to explain to reception staff that the stairs will be challenging the woman responds ”Oh my it's only on the 2nd floor so it's not that far”. I wasn't sure wither to slap her face or cry but ultimately my partner had to calm me and supported me on the climb. Issue #2 Upon arrival we were advised the front desk is mand 24hrs, not the case at all. When checking out I waited 30min for someone to show, a cleaner turned up & advised us to leave the key on the desk unattended & to call a certain number, I called just to be told my extra $100 that was paid will be reimbursed in 5 days if not take it up with my bank, her lack of pple skills pissed me off coz she also added ”I'm not at the desk right now Because I'm doing another job in the other motel sorry just leave the key card on the desk please” ... How the F#@* is that my problem i asked myself??. I better get my money back & hopefully not get charged extra if the key go's missing!!🥴.

Australian chain hotel, very close to the ST kilda beach. The surrounding traffic is also convenient. There are not many choices for eating. The room is a bit tide because it is close to the sea.

We chose to stay at View Melbourne as we had stated here before Location is perfect , just out of the city , on the team line , close to Chapel st and the hustle and bustle , but still quiet comfortable , clean rooms and an excellent breakfast to start the day Friendly, attentive service Highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again 😀
