Excellent location - right next to Chinatown and shopping malls.
Decent sized rooms. You can self-check in earlier using the hotel lobby kiosks.
No change of towels (despite requesting through their platform) for 3 nights stay.
If you are staying there for convienence, I would recommend it. Might be best for a short stay. Will not recommend for longer stays.

Hygiene: Will not take the initiative to clean. I called the front desk after playing in the evening and no one responded. The towels were not changed and the bed was not made.
Facilities: Very thin walls, the sound from next door can be heard clearly
Environment: The room is very small, beyond expectation
Service: When I checked in, I was assigned a room next to the elevator. The noise continued to be very loud. The room change went smoothly, but there was no room service at all afterwards.
