This is the first time that this Gold Diamond user has given a strong negative review. I was disappointed with the hotel I chose during the National Day holiday! The price was as high as the Hyatt Centric, Pullman, and IHG in the city center during the holiday. Later, I found that the price of Dorsett was lower than theirs during normal times. Don't choose this hotel at the same price. 1. Hygiene I stayed for a total of 3 nights. On the second night, I found a large brownish-yellow spot on the newly replaced hotel towel. I thought it was too disgusting at the time, so I threw it away without taking a photo. As a result, on the third night, I found a pure black spot on the newly replaced towel, and I don't know what it is. I want to say that with such hygiene conditions, the hotel price is not up to standard no matter how cheap it is! 2. Room supplies The hotel does not provide water! There is a vending machine downstairs where you can buy water (expensive), but it was sold out for 2 days. The front desk asked me to go to Coles 800 meters away to buy it. As a result, I found that there was a Chinese Super League 50 meters away from the back door where I could buy Nongfu Spring. I was really angry and almost got cheated by the hotel! There are almost no toiletries. The cotton swabs are so poor quality that I dare not use them. The shower shampoo and other products are all installed on the wall, not in small sets. 3. Room design There is no light for makeup in the room. It is either ceiling light or very dim. The overall decoration style looks good in the photos, but the quality is very poor, which is about the same as that of a homestay. The design of the toilet sink is extremely unreasonable. When the faucet is turned on, water will splash everywhere. 3. Service Most of the people at the front desk are Chinese, and their attitude is very bad! I was in a hurry to get my checked luggage in time for the flight, but the front desk (called suqi) ignored me and told me angrily that she was serving other people. Later, I asked someone to get it for me with a tough attitude. 4. Swimming pool I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool before. After I went there, I found that there was no separate changing and bathing room for men and women... And when we went up, there was no towel, and we went down to get towels from the room. In short, it was a big disappointment! 5. Location It is close to the Skybus station, which is why I chose this hotel. But later I found that Skybus is not as cheap as taxi for more than 2 people, and the walk from the station to the hotel is a bit steep.

The location was easy to access to everything. The hotel was new and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The sound of doors closing in the surrounding rooms could be heard from our room, but it wouldn't be a problem unless you're a sensitive person. All the designs were cute.
