The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne

The hotel is very new, with Coles and Huachao downstairs, and convenient transportation. There is a turndown service every night, and chocolates will be given. The floors are very high (60 to 80 floors), with a panoramic view, but it's a pity that there is no view to see in Melbourne. Disadvantages: The front desk served dishes according to the guests. At first, they gave me a room (the first picture) with no view. The window was blocked by the opposite building. I forgot the room number, 64th or 65th floor (the lowest floor of the hotel room). After asking for a room change, they replied that this room type is like this, and changing rooms requires extra money...? ? ? Argued: I chose Ritz-Carlton for the high-rise view, and I don't think every room of this type is like this, and then they agreed to change. I observed in the elevator that the rooms with Asian faces were on lower floors, basically below the 70th floor. One day I ran into a couple from the United States in the elevator. They had the same room type as us and were arranged on the 76th floor. Don't be shy or give in, speak out about your discomfort reasonably...

This hotel is not good for me, but compared with other Melbourne hotels, it is better. I can only say that Melbourne hotels are too average
