The hotel environment and facilities are good, the reception in the lobby is polite and very comfortable; it was winter when I traveled, the exhaust line in the bathroom was very windy, and the shower was very cold; instead of cleaning and taking out the trash every day, cleaning services will be provided every 6-7 days.

A very beautiful service apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. No housekeeping service for the entire stay, you can get towels and bathroom amenities etc at the reception during office hours.

The overall feeling of staying here is very good! The room is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's only a 5-10mins walk from southern Cross Station, and it's very convenient to take the airport Skybus. There are also large supermarkets nearby, or the Queen Victoria Market, all within walking distance!

The location of the apartment hotel is great. It's close to Flagstaff Gardens. Downstairs is Flagstaff Railway Station and several tram stops. About 1 km further is Coles. The hotel environment is also very good and all facilities are complete.
