In un hotel la qualità del sonno deve essere la cosa più importante. Avere un cuscino sottiletta e un letto talmente corto da dover piegare le gambe, non è tollerabile. Struttura molto vecchia. Unica nota positiva: lo staff è gentile. Non ci tornerei

Das Hotel Knorre liegt direkt an der Elbe einen knappen Kilometer von der Stadt entfernt. Mein Zimmer hat mir gefallen und auch das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Man kann im Restaurant mit Terrasse gut speisen und sächsische Wein trinken Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Wir haben uns einfach eine Auszeit gönnen wollen. Besser konnte es nicht sein. Das Personal hat unsere Wünsche nicht nur berücksichtigt sondern mitgedacht und uns bessere Alternativen vorgestellt. Immer super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. So ein nettes Hotelpersonal hatten wir noch nie. Die Bedienung im Biergarten ist kompetent, konnte uns auf Nachfrage sogar Auskünfte zu den ausgeschänkten Weinen und Winzern geben. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, der Service macht seinen Job sehr gründlich. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei - überhaupt kein Problem. Einziger Haken an all dem Positiven: wer erst später zum Frühstück kommt ( wir um 8:30 Uhr ) muss mit dem vorlieb nehmen was übrig ist. Nachgelegt wird nämlich nicht. Die Qualität des angebotenen Belages ist allerdings sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
