洗澡積水搞的到處都是、下水道漏水慢的一批，去客房連個指引也沒有，樓下空無一人全靠自己找，客房的湯池極其像鍋爐水、床就擺在大門口也是頭回見……最最最離譜的是房間沒窗户……沒窗户 沒窗户！！

非常幽靜的一個地方，從西安過去開車一個多小時，温泉真棒啊，私湯泡了滑滑的。整個環境也好，度假休閑。

訂的私湯套房，價貴，設施較老舊。湯池漏水，衹能換房。早餐比低檔酒店都差。泳池要12點半才開放，室外温泉要上午11點才開，顯然住客能享受時間極有限。較差的體驗，價高品質差。唯一欣慰是服務人員態度還不錯。還得感謝工作人員的熱情服務。
