Let me start by saying that we are not at all demanding people, on the contrary, I have rarely given a star in the places in the world where we have been but here......reading the reviews of others I noticed that, unlike us, the people found themselves well, perhaps because we only stayed one night but this does not take away my negative note on this structure. Abandoned room, bathroom full of rust everywhere, furniture old and ruined by the water from the shower.....view from the boat on a wall that ended in the garden outside......the air conditioning fins didn't work and to cool the The air took a long time....the location was the only positive thing, close to the pedestrian center in a side street at the end of the street, large and simple room, breakfast was nothing special, the dishes were washed badly... ...another positive note about the well-equipped facility for disabled people, I'm sorry but we didn't like it at all....

I stayed in this hotel for a short period, clean rooms, friendly staff, the strong point is the location in the centre, no thanks for breakfast, if they include it in the price it's ok, if they want to pay for it then just give up, it's not worth it. Tips for a stay in Skiatos: rent a scooter, you can move freely and you can visit the many beaches, average price 15/20 euros per day, many rent a car but you have big parking problems. Cost of air taxi port, center 10/15 euros.

This was my second visit, the first being in 2020 (covid year) Overall a much better atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a roomy modern bathroom (although typically Greek with a dodgy fitting doors!) The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The room was cleaned every day, getting clean towels, every other day or two would have been fine for us. A pleasant buffet breakfast in either an airy breakfast room (despite being underground!) or a lovely enclosed garden. The receptionist, Koni was lovely, very helpful and friendly as was Lenia. The Hotel is situated in an ideal location,just off the top of Papadiamantis St. and a couple of minutes walk to bus stop 3.

A great little hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. This hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, from the town centre bars and restaurants and from the bus stop. A great base for a holiday, would definitely return.

Wretched room! Cleanliness non-existent （ the bathroom faucets smelled ）, the refrigerator broken and as many times as we complained we were told that it is small and does not have cooling, the window does not tilt. Breakfast very poor for a 3* hotel. I would never go back or recommend it to a friend

We chose this hotel mainly for the location: it is literally a stone's throw from the main street and the center of Skiathos. However, we were pleasantly surprised: the rooms are sufficiently clean and the towels are changed every day. The room is normal, the bathroom is new and clean. The staff is helpful and speaks English well, and advised us on some solutions to reach the various beaches. The breakfast is sparse but suitable for the place, there are yoghurts, mini croissants and bread with jam/honey, a cappuccino and coffee machine and some juice. However, a jug of water and fruit are missing. Overall everything went very well and the value for money is excellent.
