We hosted our wedding at Hyphen The hotel manager Mr.Prashant , Mr.Atul and the rest of the staff helped us a lot with our wedding arrangements, and they were very calm and patient in everything they managed. The property was good and spacious and the food ”Was such a good experience we had a lovely time there. All the arrangements and everything were great, and all of our guests loved the food and everything. Again, repeating my words: - All the services were managed perfectly. The management is very professional, the staff handled everything very well! The decorators were externally hired. Very happy with the food, it was delicious!

From the moment i arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was quickly escorted to my beautifully appointed room. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The diverse menu offered a wide array of delicious dishes, and every meal i had was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was outstanding with a great selection of both indian and international options. Overall staying was good. What i found most important is a peaceful environment. The staff and owner were very polite. The room and washroom was cleaned. The overall experience was very good and i must recommend welcome olive for staying.

Hotel room and service is average. Tv remote is not working. Bedsheet and pillow cover are not upto the mark. Ro water is not provided. Table and chair are not of good quality.

We come to this hotel twice a year. It’s not a 5* hotel but very convenient and hotel staff Mr Danish Rizwi the manager takes personal care. Mr Rawat is also very helpful. Restaurant staff headed by Gaurav Agarwal once told about our specifications- has never forgotten what has to be served to us. My daughter never comes to have her breakfast but Gaurav and very wonderful staff will give small boxes of food for her. We have eaten dinner each day from “Melting Pot” We became addicted to their fantastic food with greatest care. We come back each year twice and feel at home. Meerut is very scarce of nice good hotels. This place has a beauty salon next door- Best Jewellery shot Tanisha. And a very busy road in front. Highly recommended hotel.

We checked in for two wedding functions in the family.Surprisingly great hospitality was experienced from the moment we stepped in the hotel.All the staff is very courteous and house keeping is exemplary.You ring up the reception & staff is at your door the very next minute.There were some issues of hot water etc but staff & management make sincere efforts to solve the problem.On the whole our stay was better than our expectations.
