Беда, когда собственники начинают по каким-либо причинам делить бизнес: сразу всё начинает разваливаться... А нам так нравилось останавливаться здесь! Теперь едва ли не каждый коттедж имеет своего собственника. Ресторан закрылся и перекусить можно только поехав в город. Коттедж "Времена года" стоит у дороги на въезде на территорию "Малой Медвежки", и в комнатах с балконом вы эти балконы не будете использовать, поскольку они выходят на проезжую часть с видом на недостроенный фундамент (комнаты без балкона ориентированы на парковку). За такие красоты ценник высоковат (5500.- без питания). Впрочем, вся территория прежней "Медвежки" теряет привлекательность и уют: появилась широченная пыльная грунтовая дорога, какие-то замершие стройки, мешающие подойти к озеру. Похоже, что это место просто умирает, и теперь придётся искать какие-то новые локации для остановки в Медвежьегорске. Печально!
