Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

Clean and quiet, but no elevator and freezing at night. A breakfast turned out to be a cheap artificial-flavored bread. The bed was cozy though.

The room and amenities were very good except for one thing. The shower handle needed either maintenance or replacement. The breakfast offering was great. I was a little concerned about security in the parking lot because I was moving my daughter's stuff, but it turned out there was nothing to worry about.

Bed was comfortable and room was large. Hotel is an old style layout with long & maze-like corridors with no elevators inside. Ask for first floor. Hotel also has easy parking, ac and a decent continental breakfast. Also has an independent restaurant next to hotel. Only three stars for a horrible room with clashing color scheme and lack of an elevator.

We spent three nights here and were not disappointed. It is right off the I-5, but not so close that freeway noise is an issue, and it is close to restaurants, fast food, and shopping, We had reservations, and check-in was a breeze with staff being friendly and efficient. We had a queen suite, which was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well appointed with a big TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer, and was very reasonably priced. There are also plenty of AC and USB outlets for all your needs. If you're a truck driver or pulling a trailer of any kind, parking will be a problem, so keep that in mind. My only complaints were that the door to our end of the building didn't lock, and the wifi was terribly slow for computer uploads/downloads, but those are minor and took nothing away from the experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly welcoming staff, great location for Medford airport, hotel offers shuttle rides to the airport, clean rooms, good breakfast selection, plenty of food options in the area, comfy bed and quiet hotel. First stop on arrival in America and very welcome stay. Thank you!

Hi gang, Winding up my latest Oregon trip I choose to spend my last night in Medford. Having stayed at Comfort Inn and other family properties on this and other trips I thought this location should suit my needs. Upon check-in I was informed that a $100 security will be charged to my credit card during my stay to prevent vandalism. The deposit should be refunded with 3-5 business days. First thing I felt was I was guilty until I prove myself innocent. I questioned the charge and they office staff explained other guests have helped themselves to room furnishings, towels, etc. We’ll, that’s not me !! I didn’t see an elevator and throughout the parking areas there are notices advising to not leave valuables in your car at night. Apparently, and I’d heard before,there has been a frequent problem with the homeless breaking into cars. I’ve seen these warning signs at other hotels throughout Medford. Hotel is quick to install disclaimer signs relinquishing responsibility of any kind. My room was clean, bed comfy. Towels weren’t of the highest quality and TV is labor intensive to operate. Bathtub was a little slippery while showering, handrails provided are a good idea. Room A/C sounded like a semi truck idling outside your window, distracted my sleep all night. Scuff on tub, paint chipping on walls make you wonder about the maint level at this facility. Interior hallways, and wall trim nicely painted and in clean order. Be concerned if choosing to stay in Medford, security while traveling is always a major concern. Be vigilant, don’t leave things in your car !! Somebody may want it more than you do…. Breakfast was a disappointment. No eggs, no meat, packaged “just add hot water” oatmeal. OJ seemed diluted. Waffles were good. Based on my observations, gut feelings and “bang-for-your-buck theology, It wasn’t a good choice for me. May your travels be well and bring you prosperity. Namaste. Rich

I don't even know where to start, we booked a 1-bedroom King. We arrived yesterday and was given a unit upstairs. There was no elevator. As we made our way to the end of the hallway, we could smell the odor of dog poo. We opened the door and the smell overwhelmed us. Even though the unit was described pet free, it smelled strongly of dog poo. We asked to be moved. They moved us to the other building. As we walked in there was a stain of puke on the carpet, it was representative of animal puke. Homeless roaming the motel. The floor was sticky, our sneakers squeaked as we walked. It felt dirty and unclean. The safe & TV neither one worked. There were signs on the building and in parking lot stating not to leave any belongings in our car, that they weren't responsible for theft. We left for dinner, when we returned, we asked the staff for a refund they said, "they could not give one", because we had spent over an hour in the room. In reality, we had spent less than 10 minutes in the room. We ended up staying down the road in Canyonville.

Made a last minute online reservation for a pet friendly hotel room. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Only downsize was noise from next door rooms. Our room price was very reasonable! Definitely recommend!

Just checked my online checking account and I was charged an ADDITIONAL $100 OVER THE ROOM RATE (a separate charge) BY THE HORRIBLE QUALITY IN AT CLARKSVILLE, VIRGINIA. I WILL HAVE TO WASTE TIME TOMORROW GETTING THIS FRAUDULENT CHARGE REMOVED! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. A TOTAL DISASTER.
