There was no respect to sleeping peole, because they talk loudly on reception at1:20am, i couldn't sleep at all.

The staff was great treated us like family.
Next time I travel to Medellin I will stay in this place again and recomend to other travelers.
The hotel is in the nice area for dining and shopping and near the metro station.

Walking distance to metro stations and store. Staff don't speak English and communicate by Google translate. Staff helped me to book taxi.
